Once you activate the Groupon, you'll have a full year to complete the course at your own pace.

Q:

I would like to purchase the digital photography course...and am also considering the Adobe Photoshop course. I noticed that Lightroom had a separate link. I am more interested in learning LIghtroom. Thus, I am wondering if I purchase the Photoshop course, could that course be switched to the Lightroom course?

Paula D.  asked on  Feb 13, 2013

A:

Very sorry, but you would not be able to use the Groupon for a Lightroom course. The Groupon is only valid toward the 4 courses listed; digital photography, Photoshop, Web Animation (Flash), or Web Development (Dreamweaver).

Q:

If I purchase all four modules, I know I won't be able to do them within one month. Can my access to the software for each module start when I begin taking that module?

larry B.  asked on  Feb 12, 2013

A:

The trial software is actually downloaded from Adobe separately, so you can begin your 30 day trial for each type of software whenever you choose to download it. I suggest checking out the Adobe website to learn more about how their free software trials work. Thanks for your interest!

Q:

Sorry, last question. So, in order to register and take the class for whatever software/class you choose, your class HAS to be completed in the 30 day trial or you have to buy the software to finish out the course?

Jennifer P.  asked on  Feb 12, 2013

A:

You are not required to purchase the software, it is completely your choice. You can still watch/access the lessons and tutorials without having the software. However, you would get the most out of the classes if you have access to the software (trial or paid-for version), since you won't be able to practice your newly acquired skills without it.

Q:

what does "full trial version" of software mean? you have to then go BUY the software in order to be able to even utilize what youve learned? how much is it to buy the actual software then after the classes are completed? i was wanting to do all four classes but now the software issue will cost more thn the classes?

Jennifer P.  asked on  Feb 12, 2013

A:

Adobe offers free trial software if you do not wish to purchase the full version. The trial version is valid for 30 days, and is fully functional. If you intend on taking longer then 30 days to complete the course or if you plan to use Adobe software in the future, you would need to secure the software independently after this period.
