Q:

I wanted to get 9 of the 5x7 photo boards. I thought that I read somewhere, you can only use one groupon per order, but yet the limit is three? If we buy three groupons can we use them all or do we just have to place three separate orders? I want to make sure before i buy multiple that i will be able to use them all. Thank you!

Chrysta  asked on  Jul 8, 2013

A:

Yes you can buy three Groupons but you will need to place each order separately. Shipping is included though so you won't incur any additional shipping charges for ordering separately.

Q:

On the three 5x7 photos, can the pictures be horizontal rather than vertical? Also same for the 8x8, do the pictures need to be horizontal or vertical?

Nicole P.  asked on  Jul 6, 2013

A:

You can upload either horizontal or vertical photos for the 5x7 PhotoBoards. The 8x8's are square so the site will allow you to crop your vertical or horizontal photos.

Q:

I need 7 blocks. How much would that be? This deal plus 2 more blocks. Thank you.

Lisa B.  asked on  Jul 3, 2013

A:

We currently only sell the photoblocks in sets of five or ten, so you would have to upgrade to the set of 10 photoblocks here: http://www.photobarn.com/wood-products/photoblocks/10-2x2-photoblocks.html You can still use your code to go towards the purchase of the 10 set of blocks!

Q:

Does the expiration of August 28th mean I have to submit my order by then?

JIll S.  asked on  Jul 2, 2013

A:

The Aug 28th expiration date is the day that the voucher value drops back to the amount paid for the Groupon. In other words, you can submit your order at any time after purchasing the voucher from Groupon, if you submit it prior to the 28th of August your voucher will be worth the promotional amount (either $75 or $80 depending on which deal you purchase) if you wait to submit the order until after Aug 28th your voucher will be worth $34.99. Thanks.

Q:

how do we complete the information and format the block once purchased?

Connie B.  asked on  Jun 30, 2013

A:

Groupon will email you a voucher code that you will use on our website, www.photobarn.com. When that is entered at checkout, it will credit your order for the amount of the voucher. It must be used by August 28, 2013.

Q:

Do I have to send pictures i want on blocks at the time I buy the groupon?

Janet D.  asked on  Jun 30, 2013

A:

You will need to place your order on our website, photobarn.com, before the voucher's expiration on August 28, 2013. So that gives you a few months to get your pictures together :)

Q:

Do you work with printed photos or just .jpg files?

Pamela J.  asked on  Jun 29, 2013

A:

Hi, we only work with digital images (.jpg and png files). However, if you have a printed photo that you would like to have printed on wood, most of the mart type stores offer the service of converting printed photos into digital files. Thanks.

Q:

Hi, Can we use the groupon then pay the extra to upgrade to the next level, for instance, can I do the 5 photoblocks and pay the $25 to upgrade to 10?

Peter P.  asked on  Jun 29, 2013

A:

Yes, you can use the voucher amount toward any product on our site, if you choose something that costs more than the value of the voucher, you just pay the difference at checkout. Thanks.

M. B.  asked on  Jun 29, 2013

A:

Yes, the voucher amount can be used toward any item on our site. Thanks.
