Q:

Hello, I plan on using this deal towards a gag gift for a friend's wedding shower present. We will be using lewd and obscene photos. Do you have any limitations/standards on what you are or are not willing to put into print? Thank you.

Alana B.  asked on  Feb 18, 2013

A:

Hi Alana. We have printed these types of books before however I cannot say for sure as I am not aware of the actual content. My suggestion is that you upload your book and if there are any issues, we will let you know.

Q:

If I spend $70 on a book, can shipping (within Canada) cost be included in the $100 I spend?

Fatima J.  asked on  Feb 19, 2013

A:

Hi Fatima. As the Groupon Fine Print states, the shipping fee is not included in the cost of the voucher. If you use less than the Groupons value, the difference will be lost. It cannot be transferred to another order or transaction or used towards shipping. If you go over the Groupons value, you will simply pay the difference. You may only use one Groupon per order and you can only upload one book or exact multiple copies of that book on one order.

Q:

What if we want more than $100 worth of product? Say we want something for $110, does the groupon apply for the first $100 then we pay the difference ie $39 total?

Peter S.  asked on  Feb 18, 2013

A:

You will simply be responsible for any charges over the value of this Groupon. Hope that helps to clarify.

Catherine S.  asked on  Feb 17, 2013

Yes, you can add your own comments and text. For full details, feel free to view their website here.

Only one book and any additional copies of that book may be ordered per transaction.

Hi photobook! Can we still pick up from your location to avoid shipping costs? Also, in the past, the promotional value of the groupon never expired. Is that still the case?

T L.  asked on  Feb 15, 2013

A:

Hi there. As of right now, Pick Up is still available at our Markham office. The promotional value does expire. What you PAID for the voucher will never expire.
