It was a little confusing purchasing multiple copies and how to input the voucher for them. The agents were really helpful in clarifying this by sending a screenshot of what it will look like. When I had questions, the agents will contact you as soon as they can. Because it's a busy time, they may not respond for a few days but if they are delayed they will very politely apologize and be very helpful. I contacted them thru the online chat as well as the online form and had great help both ways. Thx.

Easy to use site and good quality, but when we went to check out we were over the groupon cost a bit (that’s totally fine). What we were unpleased about was the fact that the tax on $1.99 was $2.99 which clearly makes no sense at all...

I loved the photobook I created however I did not expect to be charged duty fees from a company called Photobook CANADA. I was well aware or shipping fees but had to pay just as much for duty fees making it not a great deal anymore.

Their online photobook editor is much better than the mobile one. This voucher is only for the online web version so remember to read the fineprint. I wasted an hour editing a photobook on the mobile app only to find out that the code didn't work. After recreating a photobook on the web editor, it was pretty seamless. Themes and layouts are vast and there are lots of customizations with the tool. It's fairly quick to upload photos as well. Code worked and after paying shipping ($15 CAD), it shipped!

Love these books I have made about 10 now! Never disappointed. The down loading of photos took awhile for me to catch onto and get faster at. The results were rewarding!
