MISLEADING!! Unlike other vouchers, this coupon allows you to only redeem for 1 item in your cart even thought it states in the title C$90 or C$150 worth of Photo BookS. After days uploading pictures and creating 3 books (subtotal worth C$90), added to my cart, applied my Groupon, paid the amount asked, received my order number and waited for my items. THE ORDER NEVER ARRIVED!!! After calling (on hold for hours), email & Live Chat to check on the status of order, I was told that my order was cancelled due to payment error and the amount I paid was credited to my account. Many frustrating weeks and 6 different customer supports later, I tried to use my Groupon for 1 book at about $60 and use the balance for a book sleeve at $24 only to be told that this Groupon can not be apply for the sleeve. I finally got Photo Book Canada to refund me. Totally frustrating.

It an alright plate-form to use …. but it’s not a Canadian company and you will be charged duties to get your book into Canada .. not impressed.
