Hi Sally! About 80% of weight loss is about what your are eating and only around 10% about exercise. So we focus mostly nutrition and offer a plan for you do exercise outside of our facility. We do partner with personal trainers and gyms if you choose and have a personal trainer on our staff who will recommend specific exercises that are tailored to your specific condition. If you want to exercise at home, we will recommend specific activities for that as well. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
