Q:

Can a person sign up for your free 2 week intro offer and also purchase one of these groupons to use later on?

Anne B.  asked on  Jan 5, 2013

A:

A Groupon is for first time customers only, doing a two week trial would disqualify you from using any Groupons.

Q:

Do session times fill up. If I am only able to attend the 6pm training session, will it always be available?

Greg Y.  asked on  Jan 4, 2013

A:

Greg, yes that will be available. Evenings are our less busy time, mornings are busier. Sessions are on a come when you want basis. You don't have to sign-up ahead of time (after your initial appointment).

Q:

what does the 21 day fat loss program consist of? work outs or more diet information? hopefully the latter

Daniel C.  asked on  Jan 4, 2013

A:

Daniel, the 21 day program focuses on regular exercise and healthier eating habits. Most can lose up to 6-12 pounds during this time since it is their initial weight loss.

Q:

I have just recovered from a back injury that my chiropractor says can be avoided again if I strengthen my core but I have to be a bit careful at first and can't do agressive exercises. In particular he was concerned with me going to crossfit due to its more competitive nature. Would your program be good for me?

Suzanne M.  asked on  Jan 4, 2013

A:

Suzanne...I personally have experienced the benefits of exercising to strengthen your back after a back injury. Most chiropractors who are familiar with our program approve it for their patients. We can modify a routine to fit your current fitness levels.

Q:

I'm not supposed to do crunches because of rectus diastasis...will your exercise program still be beneficial for me?

Connie J.  asked on  Jan 4, 2013

A:

Connie, we can work around most injuries. Crunches are just one of dozens of exercises we do and that can be modified to fit your needs.

Q:

Your organization is a joke and I am telling all of my contacts not to sign up with you. You took over $1000 from my wife as she signed a contract. She is 63, got injured early in the program due to a severe back and broken leg issue, and she realized she could not perform the exercises she was trying to do. She attended 3 sessions. pretty expensive sessions. NO ONE EVER CONTACTED HER TO ASK WHY SHE WAS NOT COMING, SHE NEVER RECEIVED AND EMAILS TO DISCUSS, AND YOUR PEOPLE COULD CARE LESS. A JOKE FOR SURE!!!

jerod l.  asked on  Jan 3, 2013

A:

Jerod, thank you for your concern. If your wife was being charged she signed a full contract and policy sheet and knew she was being charged. I apologize if your wife did not tell you she signed up for a membership and you were surprised by any amount she had paid.

Q:

I'm mostly looking to get toned again after a few years of inactivity. I used to do long distance running and want to get back into shape to do that again. Would this be a good program to get me headed in that direction again?

barbara t.  asked on  Jan 2, 2013

A:

Barbara, yes this program is good for toning and helping to kick start your fitness program.

Q:

I purchased a groupon for a six-week body shape-up program including unlimited sessions and nutrition coaching that expired on November 28, 2012. Can this expired coupon be reinstated so that I can use it in 2013? Thanks, Karen

Karen D.  asked on  Jan 2, 2013

A:

Karen, we'll still honor the old Groupon if you would like to come in and use it.

Q:

Zach, I am interested in your program...I would most likely be interested in the 10:00 a.m. time, how long is each training session? I'm just wondering as I would have to travel from work and back as a lunch time.

Kathy W.  asked on  Jan 2, 2013

A:

Kathy, each training session starts on the hour and is 45 minutes long.
