Q:

Do you put a Picaboo logo anywhere on the card (usually on the back)? Just curious. Also, can I create a card completely from scratch, not using any of your templates? Is there a limit to the number of photos I can include (front, inside and maybe even a small one on back of card)? Thank you

Diane E.  asked on  Dec 7, 2012

A:

Hi Diane,
Yes, our logo will be printed on the bottom of the back of your card.
You can completely customize your card, just select the "My Own Design" template when you start your card. Please note that this offer covers the cost of flat cards, where only the front can be customized. You're welcome to upgrade to folded cards and customize the front and both portions of the inside, but the back portion is not customizable. The cost to upgrade to folded cards on Standard Paper is $0.80 per card.
There is no limit to the number of photos you can include on your card.
Hope this helps!

Q:

All of my photos are on my iPad, which I see you don't support. How do I get pics from the iPad to a desktop for use in your cards?

Debbie H.  asked on  Dec 7, 2012

A:

Hi Debbie,
You should be able to copy the photos from your iPad to your desktop computer using iPhoto, then import your photos into Picaboo from iPhoto.
Hope this helps!

Q:

This may have been answered but can I purchase two of these (one for 100 cards and another for 40 cards) and use them together to purchase 140 cards of the same design? Thanks!

SHANNON H.  asked on  Dec 6, 2012

A:

Hi Shannon,
I'm afraid not. As noted in the fine print, there is a hard limit of one Groupon per person. As well, only one Groupon can be applied to an order. The good news is that the cost per card goes down at quantities greater than 100, so 140 cards would be $0.79 each rather than $0.99 each. 140 cards would be $110.60, so the cards themselves would only cost you another $11.60 above the value of your voucher. Shipping would be about $4 more than what is covered by your voucher. As such, it would actually cost you less to purchase 140 cards with one $39 voucher than it would with two Groupons :) You can view card pricing information here and card shipping information here
Hope this helps!

Q:

What card stock is your standard paper? Is it thin or does it have some weight to it?

Melissa A.  asked on  Dec 6, 2012

A:

Hi Melissa,
Our standard paper is 100 pound, uncoated matte writeable cardstock featuring a smooth surface with no gloss. You can view more information about our card stock options here.
Hope this helps!
