More Questions and Answers

Q:

On the offer of one 8x8 photo book for $12, the deal is buy 1 and may buy 1 additional one as a gift; I'd like to make a book for myself and one of the same as a gift. To qualify as "a gift", does it mean I purchase the Groupon for the recipient of the gift and the recipient makes her own different book or can I make two of the same and send one as a gift?

Linda D.  asked on  Nov 25, 2012

A:

Hi Linda,
The Groupon that is given as a gift must be redeemed under a unique Picaboo account from the one you redeem yourself. The recipient can use the Groupon to purchase the book you've created, but she must redeem it under her own account.
If you'd like to share a book you've created with your gift recipient, simply click on the book in your Picaboo library and select "Share". You'll then be able to enter the email address of the person with whom you'd like to share the book, and she'll receive an email with a link she can use to preview and purchase the book.
Hope this helps!
