Guests begin by choosing a housemade white, whole-wheat, or gluten-free crust before decking it out with one of seven sauces, which range from classic red to fiery buffalo. From there, they can mix and match 6 cheeses (including a vegan variety), 6 meats, and 17 fresh veggies to create with their very own, utterly unique pizza. Of course, those who are more comfortable letting other culinary geniuses take the wheel can order one of the predetermined signature creations, such as the Hickory BBQ Chicken pie with mozzarella, gorgonzola, and cilantro, or the Rustic Veggie, a plant-heavy pizza that's been dragged through the proverbial garden alongside ricotta and garlic.
