We serve top quality, homemade barbecue in a family-friendly atmosphere. From our music, to our food, to our service, our goal is provide a memorable experience for all our guests.
What is one of your most popular offerings? How is it prepared?
Our Beef Brisket is our most popular meat. We smoke our brisket for 12 hours, with our own secret dry rub. It is available as a sandwich, lunch and dinner entrees, and on top of a salad. The next favorite is our Baby Back ribs, smoked to tender, fall-off-the-bone, saucy perfection.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
A long legacy of passionate, successful business owners in our family combined with years of experience in the food and beverage industry motivates us to provide the best food, service, and overall customer experience at our restaurant.
What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy sharing my passion for good food and great service with the guests who come into my restaurant. Life is too short to not enjoy food and friends.
