Q:

I was trying to make a decision between Cluster Lashes or the Extensions but I read the review above and it answered my question about the Cluster. However, when you say "false" look does this mean less classy? I'm having this procedure done for my son's wedding and really want to look elegant.

Cheryl R.  asked on  Nov 5, 2012

A:

No, they will still look elegant. It's a fuller more glamorous look, where as lashes extensions are more natural and better for everyday wear and longevity.

Q:

Will eye-make remover damage the Lash Extensions and will I be able to apply mascara?

Cheryl R.  asked on  Nov 5, 2012

A:

You can only use oil free makeup remover. Oils will break down the bond of the glue and the lashes will not hold. Mascara is not recommended, unless only wear it on the lower lashes.

Q:

I thought perm meant permanent as in tatoo'd, because the subsequent description discussed permanent coloring. Perm means curling. So is there any permanant coloring offered with this deal ?

Holly V.  asked on  Nov 5, 2012

A:

No, the only offers with this deal are for lash enhancements.

Q:

i just wanted to know what were cluster lashes and are they safe for lens wearers. also, how long does it take?

vandelia r.  asked on  Nov 5, 2012

A:

Hi, Yes it is absolutley safe for lens wearers. You would take the lenses out before the procedure and then put them back in after the lashes have been applied. Cluster lashes last for about a week to 10 days and are the most dramatic out of the three lash types we offer. They will have more of an false eyelash look rather then a natural look to them.
