Pilates Plus Pacific Beach's SPX Pilates, TRX, and Booty Barre classes combine traditional Pilates exercises with strength and cardiovascular training to create an invigorating workout for the entire body that earned the studio CityVoter's 2011 award for Best Pilates Studio. During each of the 40-minute classes, students work to tone core and limb muscles with specialized equipment including the Proformer, which uses a system of pulleys and spring resistance to help build muscle.
