What You'll Get
Skewered food frees a thumb for texting and halves chopstick usage. Savor time saved with today's Groupon: for $4, you get $8 worth of pinchos, burgers, drinks, and more at Pincho Factory.
Armed with family-recipe Brazilian seasonings, Pincho Factory serves up its skewered specialty pinchos alongside a hearty spread of casual fast fare. Eyeball the menu to find a parade of pinchos, served swaddled in a pita, paired with green salad, or eloped with a dapper bowl of rice. Commence the culinary assembly line with beef ($6.99), chicken ($6.99), or steak ($7.99), and then add munchable parts such as tomatoes, green peppers, jalapeños, or cheese. Awaiting each skewer are five homemade sauces, which bathe the pieces in flavors such as pincho barbecue, aioli, and sweet and spicy; diners can also try just a single skewer ($3.49–$3.99). Meanwhile, wistful retired patty-cake champions can occupy mitts with a pincho burger topped with shoestring potatoes, secret pink sauce, and cheese ($4.49) or mow down a Vienna beef hot dog adorned with grilled onions and banana peppers ($3.49).

About Pincho Factory
Fresh off a win for best burger at Florida’s inaugural Burgers & Beer festival in Hollywood, the Pincho Factory’s chefs are back manning the griddles in Miami. Sizzling away are their gourmet burgers, including the Pincho burger, topped with signature potato sticks and secret pink sauce, and the Fritanga burger, with white fried cheese, cabbage slaw, and crema.
Pincho Factory’s hot dogs and fries aren’t to be scoffed at either—the fries were voted the best in South Florida by Local 10, and Burgerbeast.com lauded its Vienna dogs by stating, “Just in case you live under a hot dog rock, this is the good stuff.” The Sunday brunch puts a creative spin on some old standbys, including the banana-bread french toast and red-velvet pancakes topped with peppermint cream-cheese frosting.
