The location was easy to get to and the salon was clean. The technician was friendly and there were no surprise upcharges beyond the Groupon price. However, the lashes started falling out within just a few hours, which was a letdown. I also woke up each morning with way more eye crust than usual, which was bothersome. If you visit, I’d recommend the 120-piece set over the 90-piece for better results.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Before you left the salon, we explained that sometimes lash extensions may shed earlier than expected depending on individual lash conditions or aftercare. For this reason, we offer a 3-day complimentary touch-up service, and we encourage clients to contact us if they experience any issues. We’re sorry to hear that you experienced this, but we did not receive any message from you after your appointment. If you had contacted us, we would have been more than happy to fix the lashes for you. That said, our offer still stands. If you would like to reach out to us, we are happy to provide the complimentary touch-up within 3 days, or if you are not satisfied with our service, we are also willing to discuss a refund.
