Amazing experience!The new studio in Midtown very clean staff are sweet and welcoming. I've been to many places in Midtown,but this is by far the cleanest most beautiful, and comfortable ine.The atmosphere is so relaxing and my lashes turned out gorgeous. The refill prices are also reasonable. highly recommended this place place and will be coming back! thank you Ryina for wonderful service.

fantastic experience! The studio is modern,clean,and very calming . I really appreciated that the technician took the time to do a consultation before starting to make sure i wanted.the process was so comfortable and relaxing i fell asleep! When i woke up, my lashes looked beautiful softer comfortable. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for quality service and a confidence boost 🤩

I had a great experience at Pink Elan Lash. The studio is very clean and comfortable, and the lash technician was extremely friendly and patient throughout the whole process. The grand opening price is also a great deal. I had my lashes done two days ago and they still look amazing. Highly recommend!

The location was easy to get to and the salon was clean. The technician was friendly and there were no surprise upcharges beyond the Groupon price. However, the lashes started falling out within just a few hours, which was a letdown. I also woke up each morning with way more eye crust than usual, which was bothersome. If you visit, I’d recommend the 120-piece set over the 90-piece for better results.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

For this reason, we offer a 3-day complimentary touch-up service, and we encourage clients to contact us if they experience any issues. We’re sorry to hear that you experienced this, but we did not receive any message from you after your appointment. If you had contacted us, we would have been more than happy to fix the lashes for you. That said, our offer still stands.
