Pipers Cafe's bustling kitchen staff crafts elegant, seasonal American bistro fare made from scratch. Commence taste tours with a succulent sextet of jumbo tiger shrimp lining a martini glass and served with homemade cocktail sauce ($9), or fluffy, muffin-shaped teacup bread with homemade honey cinnamon butter ($1.50), which also complements all entrees. Stuffed flounder, accented with white wine, asiago cheese, and tarragon, accompanies fried hush puppies and comes with a side of fresh vegetables ($23). Conquer the mouthwatering messiness of Will's barbequed beef ribs ($20), glazed in homemade molasses barbecue sauce and served with a complimentary finger bowl, hot towel, and optional hose-down.
