Attendees roam the expansive layout, comparing auto features, posing for pictures with well-groomed roadsters, and feeding oats to baby SUVs. Concept vehicles and smart cars usher guests into the future of transportation, and daily special events satisfy interests of all makes and models with free giveaways, face painting, and a children’s museum. Additionally, gearheads 12 years of age and younger get in for free by stating their date of birth or proving they can drive a stick shift.

The Pittsburgh International Auto Show offers discounted admission on Monday, February 20, and every day to seniors and members of the military.

The annual Pittsburgh International Auto Show brings brand-new cars and auto enthusiasts together for four days of gazing and gear talk. An expansive layout of sparkling domestic and exotic international rides unfurls within the David L. Lawrence Convention Center, where show-goers can snap pictures with the auto industry’s latest crop of carriages. Daily events keep attendants abreast of new, innovative technologies and reveal how automakers fit live horses into today’s car engines. The Pittsburgh International Auto Show also keeps youngsters occupied with kid-focused entertainment like extreme racing simulators, team mascots, face painting, remote-control car racing, and more. For those who are not so automotively enthused, there are plenty of other forms of entertainment including spa treatments, raffles, celebrity and athlete meet-and-greets, and loads more giveaways and attractions. Free parking and shuttles are available from Rivers Casino, where you must be 21 or older, and discounted parking and free shuttles are available from Smallman St. in the Strip.
