Your first session will include an evaluation, to discuss your pacific needs and desired outcome. To evaluate your skin type and make sure you are a good candidate for red light therapy. You will receive 25mins of Full Body Red Light Therapy, if you wish to only target one certain area you can do that too.
During the treatment you will be lying down and covered in a Red Light Therapy blanket, just like a sleeping bag, A Red Light will also be placed over your head to cover that area as well. Eye protection will be given to protect your eyes.
The session will last 25 minutes, once the session is complete you will be given aftercare instructions. Before your session please make sure your body is clean and free of any lotions, perfume, ointments and make-up, deodorant is ok. Wear comfortable clothes, free of any metal objects including buttons and zippers. Bathing suits, wire-free sports bras and comfortable shorts are recommended. The more your skin is exposed to the light the better the results, but at no time will a patient be fully undressed.
For best results it is recommended to complete 2-3 sessions per week until you reach your desired outcome usually around 1 month, then come in for regular maintenance sessions 2-3 per month

My name is Kristin Busha, I am a 7th generation Usui Reiki Practitioner. I was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ and graduated from ASU with a degree in History and worked as a Bookkeeper for a local entertainment production company. I would say I had a spiritual awakening around 2015 and have transformed many areas of my life since then.
