We went on a Thursday evening. Not crowded. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of space fir kids run and jump around. My kids loved the trampoline the most, lot of tunnels for kids to move around and space for little kids as well. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the place and the washrooms were spotless clean. I saw staff going around every few minutes and cleaning up.
