What was the inspiration to start or run this business? The inspiration for this business started in Thailand where my wife and I were backpacking, eating crepes and drinking smoothies like a couple of maniacs. We decided to bring this simple yet delicious concept back home for everyone else to enjoy!

What do you love most about your job? The best part of the job is making the crepes and seeing the excited and intrigued look on the customers face as it's being prepared. Then its gets even better when they take their first bite and burst out with joy commending us for how good the crepe tastes.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? We get tons of great reactions from our customers. The best reactions are from the customers (yes it has happened multiple times) that try the crepe and they like it so much that they stop whoever is walking near them to tell them how good it is and why they should try it.
