Starting on the first Monday of each month, the Foundations course meets three times a week over the course of four weeks. The moment clients step foot into the PlantFit Training Studio, they’ll notice a vibrant lime green poster that reads “No Excuses.” That can-do attitude permeates the classes and workshops at the studio, where clients swing kettlebells, lift weighted barbells, and sprint their way toward leaner, sleeker physiques. Helming the studio is owner Ed Bauer, who boasts certifications in CrossFit and personal training, a first-place finish in a bodybuilding competition, and a vegan diet.
