The instructor was very patient and exuded calmness, which made my experience much more pleasant than it could have been, considering how nervous I felt! Nicely explained everything, and he even put the door on my side back on because I felt too insecure with the idea of it being off. It probably would have been fine being off, but it allayed a lot of my fear by having the door in place. Thanks!!
