Commonly Asked Questions

Q:

White wines or red? How many bottles? Shipping costs??

Thomas L.  asked on  Nov 6, 2012

A:

Hi Thomas

Order whatever you like! The Groupon value will be applied to your total bill and you would be responsible for the difference. You can see their inventory HERE.

You can see their shipping policies HERE. According to their FAQ page: Wine is heavy and it is fragile but we subsidize the cost so it isn't so bad, particularly when you buy multiple bottles at once. A single bottle will cost you $13.95 for delivery but a case of 12 bottles is only $19.95.

Thanks for your interest, I hope this helps!

Q:

If I buy this deal, am I committing to future periodic purchases from the club?

Andy  asked on  Nov 6, 2012

A:

Hi Andy

Part of the redemption instructions (found on your Groupon in your account under your My Groupons tab) include signing in if you are already a member, or creating an account if you are a new member. There is no cost to create an account.

From their FAQ page: When you sign up by providing a user name and password, we will immediately grant you full access to the website and start sending you periodic emails with great offers. You don't ever have an obligation to do anything - you buy only what you want, when you want it. When you sign up for Playboy Wine you also have free access to tasting notes, special event opportunities and information about the world of great wine. And one more thing: always be on the look-out for our bonus credits - which you can use the same as cash - that will mysteriously appear in your account from time-to-time.

Thanks for your question!
