Commonly Asked Questions

Q:

Can we purchase a groupon for a sweedish massage and a groupon for a Therapeutic Massage? I am not sure the difference.

A:

Greetings Karla G, You can most assuredly purchase one for Swedish and one for Therapeutic. The difference is: A Swedish is typically a relaxing massage using light to medium pressure. A Therapeutic is typically deeper and addresses more specifically muscular issues, ie, tension, spasms, trigger-points, etc..

Q:

So the limit is 2 massages for self, not 1??? Groupon set it up and worded it weirdly... :) Thanks for the clarification!

A:

Yes, the $70 option is good for two massages.

Q:

I'm very confused. The Plum Tree deal has three options: one offers one 60-minute Swedish massage for $35 ($70 value). Another offer supposedly contains two 60-minute Swedish massages for $35 each or $70 total. I went to purchase the one that has Two 60-minute massages, yet the price shown was $35. I hit "buy" and it sill showed only $35. The Voucher is unclear. You say there's a limit of one Groupon for ourselves, yet one of the offers is for two massages, so I thought that was a package and still equaled one self-purchase. So my voucher says it cost $35; I can't tell how many massages I'm supposed to get; and I doubt that you meant to sell two massages for just $35. Yet the check out did not total up to $70, which it should have for the 2-massage offer. What is going on, and how do I get the second massage I thought was buying? J May

A:

Greetings J M. I am so sorry for any confusion this may have caused. I spoke with Groupon and it's still a bit confusing for me. If you are interested in the buy 2 at $70 option, when you click on "Buy" it will take you to the 3 options for this deal. I believe that for the $70 option you are still required to purchase 2 vouchers at $35. I hope I've not confused you more. Please call Groupon directly if my explanation was unclear.
