Q:

Is this Groupon only for the Northville location or can you use it at the Plymouth location in Canton?

Becky B.  asked on  Nov 11, 2012

A:

Good questions. For those that are not aware, Hines Park CrossFit has a sister gym down in Canton www.plymouthcrossfit.com. This Groupon is designed to bring awareness to our new facility in Northville but if you would like to sign up and do your sessions at plymouthcrossfit we can make that happen. If after your Groupon sessions are up and you choose to sign up for a membership, we allow our members to take classes at either location. We stagger our morning and evening classes to give you more training hour options and we stagger our endurance, metcon and olymipic lifting classes to give you additional flexibility throughout the week. For example, many people that live in Northville but work near Canton will train a couple days in Canton because of the close proximity to their work.

Q:

So if you buy the Groupon you attend 1 OnRamp class and after that you can attend any CrossFit class? What days of the week are the OnRamp classes held?

Q:

How appropriate is this for an overweight, semi-out of shape 62 year old with questionable knees???????? How "boot camp" is this??

Bill W.  asked on  Nov 10, 2012

A:

Great question, Bill. The OnRamp program that you are purchasing is a small group session that will help you an our coaches determine your readiness for our group training program. Our program is infinitely scalable and suitable for all skill and fitness levels. However, our programming is designed for a group and not necessarily for your specific needs. We have a number of excellent coaches that do personal training where we can design a program specifically for your needs and goals. Please give us a call to discuss this option further. Thanks, Dave

Q:

What are the times for the classes

Dorris M.  asked on  Nov 10, 2012

A:

We are trying to keep all of of OnRamp times at 7am and 5:30 pm. We can open up a daytime hour as well and will try our best to accommodate you all. After the OnRamp is complete, we have a full schedule of classes that can fit anyone's needs. Thanks, Dave.

Q:

If you get the one for 2 people, do you both have to go at the same time each time?

Lauren T.  asked on  Nov 10, 2012

A:

Hi Lauren. Due to the really high volume of new members we are signing up we have to do our best to keep the double OnRamp classes together. We are happy to work with you if you think you might miss one or two but please do your best to keep them together. Thanks for your understanding, Dave.
