PlyoCity provides a workout comprised of exotic hops, skips, jumps, cone hops and mat work designed to increase any athlete’s foot speed, quickness, maximum strength and vertical leap in as short a time as possible.
2. What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
PlyoCity was started to complement weight-training programs by helping athletes to become quicker, faster, stronger and more explosive in as short a time period as possible.

We love helping young athletes improve their self-confidence off the court by improving their athleticism on the court.
