What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
The Plyonetix Studio is more of a "Medical/Physical Therapy" office than a "Gym". All personal training sessions are private, professional, and custom tailored to your own fitness program. No need to worry about other gym members watching you train. Also, because personal training sessions are private, many clients choose to bring their children along with them. Our trainer, Godswill, understands the need to bring a child along because he is also a parent. He is not opposed to this as long as the children don't interrupt the training session.
2. What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Godswill has been working in the medical field for over 25 years. After coaching for children for several years as a professional soccer coach, he saw the true need for our youth to become more fit. That is why he chose to become a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. On his fitness training journey, he became a specialist in youth exercise, corrective exercise, and performance enhancement. His clients vary in age from 7 years old to 67 years old, with many different starting fitness levels and goals.
3. What do you love most about your job?
I love to help my clients achieve their desired goals, whether it be decreasing body fat percentage, increasing muscle mass, increasing flexibility or other goals. I know every client I have can reach their goals, I just help enable them to do so.
4. What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I have had many clients cry with joy when they reach their goals. Many surpass their original goal and can't believe the progress they have made. A lot of my clients have had personal trainers before finding Plyonetix, but they are always surprised by the difference in my training sessions and the results they get.
