Point of Touch Massage Therapy
Usually when your work puts someone to sleep, that's a bad thing. But when Carol Mayo knocked her sister out with a just-for-fun chair massage, she knew she had a gift. She went on to become licensed and open Point of Touch, a one-woman show where she administers the treatments of an entire team. Clients can book more traditional massage, such as Swedish or deep-tissue, or try out less common techniques. Cranial release targets the nervous system, issuing relief throughout the body, and cold-stone therapy finds Carol placing frozen marble on the face to relieve headaches and sinus pressure.
