About Point Steep Youth Sports & Fitness
Pro coaches at Point Steep Youth Sports & Fitness help young beginner athletes learn the fundamentals and support experienced athletes in mastering their skills. The coaches offer training for kids ages 5-17 in baseball, softball, basketball, soccer and youth fitness. Youth fitness training includes general fitness, fitness specific to a sport, parent and child fitness and self-defense. Participants get fit, build self-confidence, socialize with their peers, and burn youthful energy in a positive way.
