In addition to sushi standbys such as the california roll ($4.25) and chopped-scallop roll ($4.95), patrons can skate their tongues across sushi's outer orbits, with the Happy Eel, which consists of barbecued eel, crab, cream cheese, and masago deep fried in a light tempura ($7.95), or the Miss Piggy roll, made with crispy bacon, scallops, and asparagus ($5.95). Unrotund entrees, such as the lamb skewers with cumin and chili, stabilize a dizzy palate ($5.95).
