I am a runner and have never taken a pilates class. Just bought the groupon for 4 pilates equipment classes and 4 barre/mat classes. What is the recommendation for how many times a week one should attend a class for a beginner? Thank you!

Thank you for buying our Groupon! When starting out it is best to try and come as often as possible. Especially with the Equipment Classes I feel like if new clients wait too long in between sessions they progress slower because they have relearn some exercises and how the equipment functions. 2-3 times per week is ideal. The Mat /Barre Class is pretty easy to jump right into. See you soon!
