While the class is very challenging, the instructor is kind, encouraging and helpful. The next day, I could feel that every muscle in my body had a great workout. Great class! I look forward to going back. (She passes out Epson Salt at the end of the class 😉)

Polefitness Northwest is an incredible workout experience. Tina, the owner/instructor is outstanding because she is so easy to follow. Learning the tricks are fun. The other students help you succeed too. It's a great place to get support, strong, and improve your fitness.

Beginner sessions introduce basic stretching and muscle-building exercises as newcomers become acquainted with their cavorting columns. More advanced twirlers will learn to gracefully move up and down their poles while engaging muscles usually reserved for opening and closing umbrellas underwater.

About Pole Fitness Northwest


At Pole Fitness Northwest, owner Tina Morelli uses her nearly two decades of dancing experience to guide women of any skill level in fun fitness routines. The pink-and-black-checkered studio's 12 poles give aerial athletes plenty of practice time in intimate classes with no more than a dozen students. Most classes on the schedule last 75 minutes with stretching and cool-down time, and they are not taught in a series, allowing dancers to join at any time. There are three levels of instruction—from beginner to advanced—in addition to private sessions and Play Time, for which diehard twirlers make appointments to practice independently on the poles and aerial silks between classes.
