Since its beginnings as a food truck in 2014, Pollo – a Gourmet Chicken Joint has transformed into a brick-and-mortar restaurant and is now serving its signature chicken dishes at 1991 Brownsboro Road. With this change came an expanded food truck menu, that now includes even more mouthwatering sandwiches, entrees, and sides.
