Polo Campero has the best chicken in Charlotte and it's hormone free. The fried is perfectly crunchy and flavorful. The grilled is marinated and grilled to perfection. When I want chicken, this is my go to place. They have interesting sides, roasted corn salad is delicious. My only fault of the place is they have no tea, sweet or unsweetened. The only drink options are heavy sugar.
