What You'll Get
Gin Blossoms became one of the 1990's most popular bands with the release of 1992's New Miserable Experience. The album, which sold more than four million copies, contained the hits "Hey Jealousy," "Found Out About You," "Allison Road" and "Until I Fall Away." The Arizona natives returned four years later with Congratulations I'm Sorry, which also went platinum, spawning two Billboard Top 20 hits in "Follow You Down" and "Til I Hear It From You." The band broke up in 1997 but reunited five years later, and have been together ever since. Catch their powerful alternative rock act when they make their way to The Pompano Beach Amphitheater. Joining them are platinum-selling, Grammy-nominated artists Tonic, whose angsty hits "If You Could Only See" and "Take Me As I Am" put them on the map, and Dishwalla, whose hit "Counting Blue Cars" -- with its grunge-y guitar riffs and angsty chorus ("Tell me all your thoughts on God ...") -- helped the Santa Barbara-born band scale the 1996 alternative rock charts and pick up a Billboard "Best Rock Song" title.
