Q:

Hi there, can you tell me how long you keep the dog for the grooming? Or is based on what day it is? I know some of the bigger chains need to keep your dog for 4 hours, most of which they spend in a cage. Please advise.

Ami B.  asked on  Apr 6, 2012

A:

Yes ill be happy to answer that....in reality it all depends on the dog itself usually a well behaved dog will take anything between an hour and a half to 2 hours but if complications come up for example the dog doesnt like the force dryer it will take longer but for any reason if there are complications we always call the owner to let them know the out time has changed so you are always aware of what is happening at our salon!
