Commonly Asked Questions

Q:

Can this be used towards any of the "all you can eat" nights?

Very sorry, but Groupons cannot be combined with other offers or specials. You would need to order off of their regular menus.

More Questions and Answers

Q:

As noted,"Andy C" took 5 days to answer my question of whether could use for takeout,etc.5(FIVE) days!!! Then, there STILL was no answer,as "answer" said sorry I was too late to get the offer(which was the answer to my followup question of 2 days ago on why I didn't get an answer to my original question). If you can't give answers to people in a reasonable time frame, and they lose out on a deal due to such delay,I think this needs to be corrected.

A:

Sorry for the trouble Richard, I appreciate this feedback and I'll be sure to pass it along to the right people.

Q:

I sent you a question several days ago,and never got an answer, and now the deal is sold out-what happened/I'm not sure how this works with you-doesn't seem fair.

A:

Our apologies for the delay. I'm sorry you missed out on this deal! If the business sets a limit on how many Groupons we can offer, you will see "Limited quantity available" under the hourglass and countdown of the time left to buy. There are a few reasons why we may limit the number of Groupons available on certain deals, but generally it's to ensure a high quality of service for Groupon customers.

I'm sorry this one sold out so quickly! I hope this helps explain the situation.

Q:

It says "reservation required",but then it says" valid for dine in OR CARRY OUT",how do you make a reservation for carry out? Can you dine in and get something to go too? What are hours/days open, this is (strangely) not listed in website for some reason.

Q:

So if you have $30 worth of dishes off the reg menu are you able to also get the "all you can eat" on top of that

garrett  asked on  Jan 31, 2013

A:

You would just pay the regular price for the all you can eat special since the Groupon would not apply to that.

Q:

The fine print says, "Must purchase 1 food item." Can this food item be part of the $30 worth? Or does this mean we must purchase at least 1 more food item that is over the $30 amount?

Flordelisa I.  asked on  Feb 1, 2013

A:

Yes, that food item can be part of the promotional value.
