Q:

I am very very interested in this deal! However, I have recently had artheroscopic knee surgery and have definite limitations to my strength and range of motion. Is there a way to utilize modifications in the strength training and cardio? Is there a way to purchase deal for later use if need be?

Kristi B.  asked on  Apr 5, 2013

A:

Hi Kristi!! There are lots of Campers with knee, shoulder, wrist injuries past and present who request modifications! And all of our trainers are happy to offer different exercises if a persons body has limitations!! We definitely want everyone to keep it mind that it is a high intensity training though, and if you have major concerns to talk to your Dr before coming in. As we want to push and encourage people to do their best, but do not want to push anyone into further injury!! :) And to answer the second part of your question, you can hang onto your groupon for the 180 days after it is purchased and come in on that expiration day if you would like. You do NOT need to start right away just because you buy it today :)

Q:

Hi, It's Jerry again. Can you choose your start date for the 16 consecutive days or does it start when you sign-up? My reason for asking is that I want to start when I return from a business trip. Also, I am 63 but think I'm in ok shape for my age and really want to do the boot camp thing as I went through it for Vietnam. Is the training so intense I might not be able to handle it or do you allow participants to work at a slower pace if needed?

Jerry S.  asked on  Apr 5, 2013

A:

Hello Jerry! Your start date is the first day you come to camp. So if you need to wait a week or a month to start that is just fine! Once you start with us, you have the 16 days. All of our trainers are great at offering modifications for those who need them! The classes are set up for people to go at their own pace. We want to push and encourage you to do the best YOU can do. Not the best the person next to you can do :) Trainers will generally demonstrate an exercise and a modified version of the same exercise to make sure everyone can participate. And if you need more explanation - just ask!! We are here for you!!

Q:

With the 16 slim-down boot camp, what does meal plan mean? Is this specific for each individual or a general plan? Meals included?

Young K.  asked on  Apr 4, 2013

A:

Hey Young, Thanks so much for your interest in our groupon! The meal plan is actually our Fatloss Blueprint Ebook which includes meal planning guidelines and tons of recipes that fit within the meal plan. It's the same meal plan that tons of our Fit Body Bootcampers have used to get great results when combined with our workouts. Please let us know if you've got any other questions!

Q:

Can you sign-up for the Groupon 16 day course to see if you like it and (if you do) take advantage of the Groupon 6 week offer too once you complete the 16 day course? I know it's kind of double dipping but I would be driving from Clackamas every morning to participate at the 6 a.m. class to turn around and go back to work in Clackamas.

Jerry S.  asked on  Apr 4, 2013

A:

Hi Jerry, Thank you so much for your interest in our groupon! We'd be honored to have you join us all the way from Clackamas :). Unfortunately as groupons are for new clients only, we only allow folks to purchase one option. The six week groupon is an amazing deal though as our normal month-to-month price for bootcamp is $247 per month! I'd recommend going with that one if you're torn between the two. We take our client's satisfaction very seriously so if for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase please let us know and we'll do whatever we can to make it right!

Q:

If I sign up for the 6 weeks, can I do different times on different days?? (for example...6am on M, 7am on T, 9am on TH, 8am on Sat??)

Jill K.  asked on  Apr 4, 2013

A:

Hi Jill! Thanks so much for your interest in our groupon :). Yes, if you do the 6 weeks, you have unlimited access...we do require our clients to schedule their sessions online but as long as you schedule in advance for the days/times you want then you can come to different sessions on different days. I hope that helps!

Q:

Are there going to be other time's offered for the classes outside 6am, 7am, 8am, and 9am for people who would like to buy the Groupon but work in the mornings?

Blair M.  asked on  Apr 2, 2013

A:

Hi Blair!! Unfortunately - due to our location, we are currently only able to offer classes in the morning. If we had the ability to offer evening classes, they would be open to you! But we currently only offer sessions at those times.

Q:

what does 16 consecutive days mean? Can I do it 2X a week? When are the classes offered?

Victoria s.  asked on  Apr 2, 2013

A:

Hello Victoria! 16 consecutive days, means just that :) If you do the 16 day option, your groupon is valid for 16 days after your start date. And you can come to any of the classes we offer in those days. Of course you can only come twice a week if you would like, but if you only come twice a week, then you will only have 4 days with us, so I would suggest to take FULL advantage of the 16 day slim-down!! :) Classes are offered on M, T, Th, F at 6, 7, 8, and 9am. And on Saturday at 7 and 8am. We are closed Wed and Sun!!
