Choose Between Two Options

Customers who opt for the 16-day slim-down boot camp can attend classes for 16 consecutive days. Alternatively, campers can attend six weeks of unlimited boot-camp classes. Both programs begin with a mandatory goal setting and baseline measurement orientation to set campers up to maximize their results.

Certified personal trainers lead each co-ed session within an indoor gym equipped with suspension trainers. Classes combine intense cardio, strength, core, and flexibility exercises to maximize fat and calorie burning and to promote a lean, healthy physique.
