I experienced super helpful staff getting me signed up and the personal fitness tracking and class sign up web interface is intuitive. I look forward to the orientation and workouts. I got a good feeling about this offering.

The groupon is an awesome deal. I loved the FBBC. The staff are super friendly and encouraging. Especially appreciated Haley and Chris. I made the most of it and attended 5 days a week. If you put in the work you will see a result. If I had the extra cash and the time (won't be able to attend as my kids will be back from visiting grandparents) I would definitely purchase the membership. Would consider coming back in the future if my circumstances change. It's was an amazing experience and got me back into fitness mode.

Choose Between Two Options

  • $31 for a 16-day slim-down boot camp with fat-loss blueprint ebook, and meal plan (a $167 value)
  • $69 for six weeks of unlimited boot-camp classes with fat-loss blueprint ebook, and meal plan (a $451 value)

Customers who opt for the 16-day slim-down boot camp can attend classes for 16 consecutive days. Alternatively, campers can attend six weeks of unlimited boot-camp classes. Both programs begin with a mandatory goal setting and baseline measurement orientation to set campers up to maximize their results.

Certified personal trainers lead each co-ed session within an indoor gym equipped with suspension trainers. Classes combine intense cardio, strength, core, and flexibility exercises to maximize fat and calorie burning and to promote a lean, healthy physique.
