how come theres an error messege when i try to buy lower level tix the only thing available is red section and it cost 52 dollars which also doesent make sense since the groupon is for 40 dollars.

Q:

If the fine print says "Expires Nov, 12th, 2012" but offer games that go as far out as "December 20th 2012", how does that work? can you only select the first game, being that its the only one that takes place before the time the expiration date?

I have now tried at least 10 times to buy tickets for November 16th, and I keep getting this message: Error processing item TB13:TB05:GGPN:13:S in package GROUPON What in the world does that mean?

Q:

I just purchased tickets and I can't seem to find details about my purchase anywhere. It doesn't inlude them under my account. I did get a confirmation email though it was a general one - it doesn't list the time, date or seating anywhere. Also, is mailing the tickets the only option? It was the only one that showed up. I'd rather pick them up at will-call....is it possible to update the delivery?

Q:

Purchased 4 tickets for Dec 20. Can't get a confirmation with any dates included nor can I figure out how the tickets will be delivered. I selected 'mail' but part of the process showed the tickets had to be picked up at 'will call.' Also, do the food vouchers get delivered with the tickets or how do we get them? This has to be the hardest and most confusing groupon I have evere struggled through!!
