- Japanese hot pot with beef

A pot can be filled with many things: hearty soup, a leprechaun's gold, or tire-tripping road holes made by jogging elephants. Taste the most digestible filling with today's Groupon: for $12, you get $25 worth of sukiyaki dining at Posh, located on Fort Street. The first exclusive sukiyaki restaurant in North America, Posh crafts the traditional Japanese dish using fresh, seasonal ingredients and healthy preparation. For the uninitiated, sukiyaki consists of a tableside hot pot filled with thinly sliced beef and veggies simmering in a bath of sukiyaki sauce, with a customary egg sauce for delectable dipping. Customers can try the original Sukiyaki meal served with Alberta A beef, or carnivorous connoisseurs can upgrade to the Sukiyaki Ultimate, served with Certified Angus Beef. In addition to these palate-pleasing pots, Posh also serves an a la carte menu of teriyaki dishes and Asian tapas. Liquids join the party in a conga line of cocktails, beer, and sake, making their way through the bright, Asian-inspired interior with natural accents.
