"French fries [are] pretty much the most universally eaten food," says Guy Koren, president of Potato Corner. "Everybody eats french fries, whether you're from Europe, Asia, South America, anywhere in the world." His brand has proven his point, growing from a single overseas kiosk in 1992 to an international network of more than 200 locations.
Though the menu is potato-centric, it's hardly one-note. For starters, there are six styles of potatoes to choose from, such as loopy fries or tater tots. Then there are the seasonings: BBQ, garlic parmesan, cinnamon 'n' sugar, and more. To satisfy customers who want a full meal, the shop has also expanded its repertoire to include baked potatoes, chicken tenders, and a butler who keeps tucking cloth napkins into your collar until you say "when."
