What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
79 South CrossFit has been around for three and a half years and was run out of a garage in Temecula. The opportunity to expand…the CrossFit [gym] and develop the wellness clinic grew out of necessity and our desire to offer the complete wellness and fitness package under one roof.
What do you love most about your job?
We love helping people achieve their goals in fitness, plugging them into our community, and helping them achieve a healthy lifestyle with attainable results.
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
We’ve had numerous clients tell us they will never go to any other location for any of the services that we offer.
