Ok, I'm a 42 year old female and I have been neglecting my workouts for months. I'm in good health as far as no medical conditions. Will I be able to keep up? I need something to get me back on track, but don't want to get in over my head and be totally discouraged.

Each exercise we do is done by time rather than repetition. This will allow each person to work at their own pace and physical level. You will see a huge range of ages, and athletic abilities in each class and each person will be individually challenged according to what they can do. If you ever need help or modification on an exercise or drill don't hesitate to ask the instructor. We are here to help motivate you not discourage you.
