Up to 15 students gather to break a sweat during high-intensity cross-training classes that blend plyometrics, endurance drills, and strength training. Classes begin at 6 a.m., 7:05 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 6:30 p.m., and 7:35 p.m. Monday–Friday, and at 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. on Saturdays. Students must register before taking their first class.
