I believe I was speaking with the owner when I went. And will say very easy and efficient on time, was told I had a few appointments (non oil change) ahead of me and I'm thinking maybe a while till car is finished but i stand corrected they were done with my car within the 2 hours if not sooner while the time I was gone. This Precision Tune Auto is absolutely PHENOMENAL and customer service is INCREDIBLE! They don’t inflate your bill, they give you specials and coupons. They don’t cut any corners. I arrived at time of opening. Intake took a few minutes and I was leaving about 45min later. Office and waiting area were clean and owner was nice & friendly. A real car buff with his Dad's original GTO from late 60s that they both have raced around the state.
