-Called, set up an appt. -Purchased the groupon which is labelled as an oil change groupon. -Arrived, was instructed to confirm my groupon (and thereby prevent any kind of refund hope or going somewhere else). -Then they said there is a $60 fee for the rest of the oil change. (which I thought I had paid for because their advertisement says it's an oil change groupon.) -False advertising to compete with the bigger names, which is just disappointing. I paid full standard price for an oil change. -The deception fully neutralized an otherwise good experience. Fastest oil change I have ever had. 35 minutes on the nose, I just had a magazine and a clock to entertain me so I watched the clock like a hawk.

Honest, friendly shop, kept the car clean. Did what I asked. The only knock is the price I paid on Groupon was only about 1/2 the price owed. Taxes and extra fees with a oil change was disappointing.

I wanted to support local businesses instead of the chain stores. They were easy to schedule an appointment. And the shop is basic but has outside seating and wifi. And they don't upsell The only questionable thing is that they charged extra for a filter that was supposedly included in the groupon. They said that my car used a special filter - according to them. Same price as a Jiffy Lube

My experience at Swift Auto Repair was great. They gave a great price for a full synthetic oil change. Also went above and beyond to fix a problem my car was having with the oil reset. The technician was nice and friendly. No to mention I was in and out in about 45 min. I will definitely be going back to them and would refer them in a heartbeat.
