Premier Athletic Complex
Premier Athletic Complex, a 40,000-square-foot facility with multiple indoor basketball and volleyball courts, hosts a variety of camps and training programs to help young athletes improve their speed, agility, and strength. CTX strength-and-conditioning programs cater to athletes from a range of sports, helping high-school football players and middle-school track runners alike get an edge on the competition.
The space also hosts MMA classes led by local celebrity and decorated black-belt Janell Smith, who won the 2002 national championship in taekwondo. The World Taekwondo Federation first dan and World Tukong Moosul Federation fourth dan teaches students at PAC various strikes, blocks, and kicks during MMA and kickboxing classes. These classes are particularly great for those who want to tone up.
